At Psycho Bunny, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we offer free returns and exchanges on all unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached within 30 days of delivery.

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to initiate the process and select the items you wish to send back.
Print Your Label
Select your preferred return method to generate a prepaid shipping label or a QR code for printerless drop-off at authorized locations.
Pack Your Items
Securely place your items in their original packaging, ensuring all Psycho Bunny tags are intact, and affix the prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box.
Drop Off and Track
Drop your package off at any authorized carrier location. Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
